objective:

Build a user-focused website by Webflow and client branding. This project integrates discovery, content planning to create a well-structured final site.

Sitemap

For my 1st step, I created a site map based on the client’s existing website structure. I improved the user flow by reorganizing key sections and adding clarity to navigation. We were also required to use Notion to organize the entire project, which I found useful and powerful for managing tasks and documentation.

Mood Board

For the 2nd step, I created a detailed mood board featuring the brand’s colour palette, typography, logo variations, UI elements, and layout samples. I also included reference graphics and visual patterns to guide the overall design direction and maintain consistency.

Low-fidelity Prototype

For the 3rd step, I created a low-fidelity prototype in Figma, placing all text, image placeholders, and UI components in their actual layout positions. I also added links to enable navigation between pages and test basic interaction flow.

High-fidelity Prototype

Final step, I created a high-fidelity prototype that closely matched the final website, with all links functioning properly. Then I built the full site in Webflow. The biggest challenge was managing the entire process from scratch to launch, while learning to coordinate each step using Notion.
